Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 July 2026  ·  Design Bridge for Jira · TALONOID Technologies Private Limited

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Design Bridge for Jira ("the app", "Design Bridge"), provided by TALONOID Technologies Private Limited ("TALONOID", "we", "us"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

1. The service

Design Bridge is an Atlassian Forge app for Jira Cloud that lets you attach Figma files and Miro boards to Jira issues, pin the version a ticket was written against, view a pinned design without a design-tool seat, read design comments, and detect when a design changes. Features may evolve over time.

2. Your Atlassian account and administration

Design Bridge runs inside your Atlassian Cloud site. You are responsible for your Atlassian account, for having the necessary administrator rights to install the app, and for the actions taken by users on your site. Your use of Jira remains governed by your agreement with Atlassian.

3. Billing and payment

Design Bridge is distributed and billed through the Atlassian Marketplace. Atlassian is the merchant of record: all charges, invoices, taxes and payment methods are managed by Atlassian and appear on your existing Atlassian bill. TALONOID does not process your card details. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy and Atlassian's Marketplace refund terms.

4. Free plan and trial

Teams of up to 10 users may use Design Bridge free of charge. Larger teams receive an automatic free trial before the first charge, after which paid pricing applies as shown on the pricing page. Every plan includes both the Figma and Miro integrations; there is no per-tool limit.

5. Third-party design tools

Design Bridge connects to Figma and Miro using their official OAuth 2.0 authorization. To use those integrations you need your own valid Figma and/or Miro accounts with access to the files or boards you link. Your use of Figma and Miro is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies, not by these Terms. Design Bridge only requests read-only access and never modifies your design files or boards. Design Bridge is an independent app and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Atlassian, Figma or Miro.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including by attempting to access data you are not authorised to access, reverse-engineering or interfering with the app's operation, circumventing usage limits or licensing, or using the app to infringe others' rights or violate applicable law.

7. Data and privacy

Design Bridge stores only metadata — the links you add, the pinned-version reference, and a rendered snapshot image — on Atlassian's Forge platform. It does not store a copy of your full design files and does not store end-user personal data. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The app, including its code, design and content, is owned by TALONOID and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app while your subscription or free entitlement is active. Your design files, boards and Jira data remain yours.

9. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will remain compatible with future changes to Jira, Figma or Miro. Availability of third-party integrations depends on those providers' APIs.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TALONOID will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising out of or related to your use of the app. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim (or, for the Free plan, is limited to correcting or re-providing the affected functionality).

11. Term and termination

These Terms apply for as long as the app is installed on your site. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from Apps > Manage apps in your Jira admin. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached, or if required to protect the service or comply with law. On uninstall, the app's stored metadata for your site is removed.

12. Changes

We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, through the Marketplace listing. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
