Before you write in

Many questions are answered instantly in the documentation:

  • Read the full documentation for setup, connecting Figma, pinning, comments and seat-free viewing.
  • Check the troubleshooting guide — it lists the exact error messages and what each one means.
  • Try Reset connection in the Design panel if a design stops loading; it clears and re-establishes your design-tool link.

What to include in a support request

  • Your Atlassian site URL (for example your-team.atlassian.net).
  • The issue key where the problem appears (for example PROJ-123).
  • Whether it's a Figma file or a Miro board, and the exact error text if any.
  • What you expected to happen versus what actually happened.

Known limitations

We keep this list honest so you know exactly where things stand today:

  • Confluence is not supported yet — Design Bridge works in Jira Cloud in v1. Confluence support is planned for v1.1.
  • Zeplin and Canva are not supported yet — both are planned for v1.1. Today the supported tools are Figma and Miro.
  • Figma branch support is planned — pinning and viewing target the main file today; branch-aware pinning is on the roadmap.
  • Miro parity is in progress — Miro boards embed and pin now; Figma-specific extras like inline comments are being extended to Miro over upcoming releases.

Roadmap direction

Design Bridge is actively maintained, and the roadmap is driven by the reliability and workflow gaps teams report. If a limitation above is blocking you, tell us — real usage shapes what ships next.
